To Start:
Glazed tender indian butter chicken on skewers
Freshly baked bread sticks wrapped in prosciutto & fresh basil

Freshly brewed coffee and classic black teas, organic cream & sugar promise to energize and lift the spirit. (Provided by Wired Bean)                        

Hot off the Grill Entrée:
3oz.  BBQ Wild BC Salmon filet, with teriyaki cranberry glaze
3oz.  Slow roasted beef with dijon crust, au jus, horseradish cream will accompany this dish           

Starch:
Fragrant basmati & wild rice pilaf, with sun dried cranberries, fresh lemon & organic chives
Roasted potatoes tossed in basil pesto or
Creamy mashed potatoes wasabi, lemon & caper or sour cream & organic chives

Seasonal Vegetables: 
Antipasto platter, peppered salami, grilled peppers, eggplant, summer squash, purple onions roasted with organic herbs, virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar
 
Freshest Salads:
Hearts of romaine tossed in feta dressing, asiago & freshly toasted croutons
Baby spinach, fresh strawberries & roasted candied walnuts tossed in papaya seed dressing

Condiments:
Assorted pickles & olives, freshly baked artisan breads
