Everything from the custom organic menu to Tanya’s hemp-silk wedding dress will be ecologically friendly. The idea is to create a beautiful wedding day all without leaving behind a huge environmental footprint.
As another integral part of our whole eco-theme, we are not accepting gifts. That’s right, no gifts… Instead each guest is encouraged to “give” something ecologically constructive back to the world. In addition to participating in the Eco-Gift giving we’d love our guests to arrive at the wedding venue using CO2 conscious transportation methods. With a combination of carpooling and Carbon Neutralization, this idea is easily attainable.
We realize that along the way some of us will be caught off guard by the thought of the eco-theme concept but the challenge will reward us all and as a special token of Brock and Tanya’s gratitude, all of our guest’s eco-gift contributions will be added to this web site to show off their creativity.
